Water shutoff for hydrant repair -

Good afternoon, Amity. On April 7, 2020 from 8AM - 5PM, the City will be turning off water service to those properties fronting Trade St between 3rd St and Rosedell. Public Works is hanging notices on the doors of the properties effected.

We apologize for the timing and inconvenience of this, but the City must repair the fire hydrant at 3rd and Trade St that was damaged on March 27th. To repair the hydrant and water lines attached to it, we must turn off the water. Due to the nature of what is going on, our team will expedite their repairs.

We will do our best to update you throughout the day tomorrow as to when the water is back on! Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
