Council Goals

Council Goals 2024 (Updated in February each year)

The Amity City Council holds a work session each year in February to review the previous year's goals and the progress that the City was able to make in reaching those goals. This year, the City Council set five (5) goals (listed below) and identified several objectives that will keep the City making progress toward those goals. After establishing a diverse range of objectives, the Council also assigned each objective a priority, categorized as 1 through 5 with their intent described in the table below. The Amity City Council and City Staff will be working toward these goals and objectives throughout 2024 and will have a strong influence for the City's budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
