The City of Amity contracts with Yamhill County to administer all building permits and inspections.
A Building Compliance Application (required for all permits except electrical and mechanical) must be completed, along with a Site Plan/Map or scope of work and turned into City Hall for approval. Once approved by the City, the application is then submitted to Yamhill County Building and Development for permitting.
The Building Compliance fee is $100.
